I want to commend your employees for the superior customer service I received when my air conditioner stopped working. The same day I called Quincy's, a repairman came out to diagnose the problem. Within two days the new part came in and was installed and my house was comfortable again. Several years ago I had a problem with my A/C and called one of your "brand name" competitors. I waited 4 days for someone to look at it and another 3 days for the repairs. Please know that I am telling everyone about the excellent service your company provides. (Carol Taylor)
