Quincy's Heating & Air Conditioning is very famiiar with, and accustomed to, meeting the needs of our Out of Town Clients. Serving the Florida Panhandle for over 35 years has educated us about the needs and requirements of property owners that live in other states, yet have property located in Panama City Beach, South Walton Beaches, Destin, and the surrounding areas. We are well equipped and have policies in place, that allow us to meet those needs quickly and easily with little or no hassle for the property owner.

We realize if your property is a rental and the heating or air conditioning system fails, you need prompt and professional service--TIME is MONEY! We understand the importance and urgency of getting the system back up and running as quickly as possible.
Our Response and Service Policy
for Out of Town Clients:
Quincy's Heating and Air Conditioning will respond to your "service call" as quickly as possible.
We currently charge a $79.00 Diagnostic fee on weekdays, and a $129.00 Diagnostic fee after hours, weekends, and holidays. We prefer the actual owner of the property contact us for service--this helps insure the owner is aware of the problem. However, if you are an established client of ours, we will respond even if the tenant contacts us. Once we've responded to the Service Call and have an accurate diagnosis, we will contact the owner for approval to make the necessary repairs. In addition, we will provide the owner with a complete price to perform the repairs. No tricks, gimmicks, or sneaky charges. The price we quote, is the price you pay.
Our Billing Policy for Out of Town Clients:
In order to meet the needs of our clients quickly and easily, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We realize many consumers these days are decreasing their spending on credit cards, so in order to assist our clients in their efforts, we allow them up to 15 days to mail us a check for payment. In order to receive this service, we must have a valid Credit Card number on file as collateral. If payment is not received within the 15 day period, the charges for the repairs will be charged to the credit card on file. As long as payment is received within the 15 day period, no charges are placed on the credit card. All credit card numbers are placed on the customer's record in a secure file, and will never be shared or used for any other purpose.

Although Maytag is our Premium Brand of Air Conditioning Equipment, Quincy's Air Conditioning is authorized and licensed to sell any brand of air conditioning equipment on the market, except Carrier and Lennox. Those two manufacturers are like Maytag and only sell to their selected dealers. In addition to Maytag Air Conditioning Equipment, we also sell Gibson, Tappan, Heil, Tempstar, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, York, and several other brands. As you can see, we offer our customers many options.
